In this blog post, I’m going to walk you through the eXp Realty Commission Plan. I’m going to show you why I chose eXp Realty and how you make money by keeping more of your commissions split! Here’s the Big Problem.
Most real estate agents work really hard in this business, but we all feel that we deserve more compensation for the long nights, the open houses, the grind that can wear us all out! The other thing is that we get comfortable in our surroundings (seeing the same faces at the coffee room every morning), that many agents just get complacent and think that this is as good as it gets I guess).

Let me tell you a quick story. A friend of mine is a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker, (not talking bad about them , they are a good company) but his commission split is 60/40. I told him how much money he leaving on the table that COULD be going into his pocket. His response was that he likes all of the people in the building. Plus, his broker said that the compensation split had to be that way so that they could cover the technology cost, office overhead, franchise fee, and salaries of office workers.
